The Raleigh Urban 2 is great versatile bike for comfort, fitness and relaxation.

The Raleigh lightweight heat treated aluminium frame is nimble and easily manoeuvred. You benefit from an upright riding position so less pressure on your lower back.

An adjustable stem allows you to position the handlebars exactly where they are most comfortable for you. Added comfort is gained from the suspension seat post, Selle Royal Freccia comfort saddle and soft grips.

The Raleigh Urban 2 is fitted with 24 speed Shimano gears with EZ Fire shifters allowing you to quickly select the gears with your finger tips, Shimano M151 chain set, Tektro linear pull brakes and double walled rims with precision finished surfaces for improved braking performance.

The Raleigh Urban series are sleek bikes are fitted with slightly larger wheels than mountain bikes and narrower tyres making this style of bike faster rolling around town.

This model benefits from puncture protection tyres and alloy non-slip pedals.

Urban 2 upgrades over the Raleigh Urban 1 are 24 speed, chro-moly trekking fork, 11-32T cassette rear hub, Selle Royal Freccia saddle with suspension seat post, adjustable stem and quick release front wheel.

Urban style bikes are a great option for the recreational / leisure cyclist and they are easily upgraded to have mudguards and carriers fitted for winter cycling or commuting.
