The Diamondback Peak HD is a great "all mountain" bike for thrashing around trails and single track.

The Peak HD features the Diamondback "Vectra" hydro formed frame. The hydro forming provides extra rigidity at the front of the frame and at the seat tube and top tube connection for a more responsive ride and agile handling.

The "RST Gila" suspension fork with 100mm travel and mechanical lock out smooth out the trails and tracks. Using the lock out feature you can either reduce level of movement within the fork or lock out the fork to make it a rigid fork, if required.

With 24 speed "Shimano" Rapid Fire gears you get fast exact shifting at your finger tips.

The Diamondback Peak HD benefits from powerful Shimano hydraulic M445 brakes for assured braking in all conditions, "Truvativ E300 3.0 42/32/22T alloy chain set and an "Outland" Trail saddle.

Strong double walled rims are fitted with 2.35 tyres to provide extra strength and durability in a critical area. The wide tyres delivery extra grip and control on the trails.

The handling of this model is enhanced by the "Outland" oversized 680mm Trail bars and ahead stem.
