Diamondback Contra Flow Urban Cross Bike, Mens, Blue

The Diamondback Contra Flow is a new Urban Diamondback that is a little sportier than a regular hybrid and more refined than a mountain bike.

 The Contra Flow still features the Diamondback "Vectra" hydro formed frame to give extra rigidity at the front of the frame and at the seat tube and top tube connections but the Contra Flow Diamondback urban frame combines conventional geometry of a hybrid and the poise of a mountain bike, so you get the best of both worlds - responsive handling and upright riding position.

 Upfront you have the "Suntour" NEX suspension fork with lock out for bump absorption and you can adjust the amount of suspension or make the fork rigid, if desired.

The drive train is 24 speed "Shimano" gears with "Shimano" 191 28/38/48T chain set, "Shimano" EF61 EZ Fire shifters, "Shimano" TX51 front and "Shimano" Altus rear derailleurs providing fast and accurate gear selection.

The Diamondback Contra Flow benefits from 700C wheels with fast rolling "Schwalbe" CX Comp 35C semi slick tyres on strong double wall rims and quick release hubs. Suitable for road and light trail / track routes.

"Promax" front and rear disc brakes are fitted for assured braking.

 "Selle Royal" Viper sports comfort gel saddle and ndual density grips provide comfort at the contact points!
