To request a price match, please email info@bikesdirect365.com stating the product you wish to order, plus the company name or website address of the offer in question.  We may need a printed copy of the offer detailing the price from you.

Our policy is to price match against an identical single item, not multiple items and the price will be compared with delivery charges included. The product must be in stock in the UK and available immediately. 

We will not price match against non-UK retailers or auction sites.

If we can verify your claim we will email you a personal discount code.
